Bounded rationality:

ideally I decide based on ALL the facts

& take ALL the time I need

to be wise & wonderful; but, poppycock, who does this?

So, although my knowledge and time are constrained,

I try to ”unconstrain” them, as I did to ID this hawk.

It’s deplorable to accept what the loudest talking head is saying;

I need to gauge out time & resources to learn as much as possible,

to unbound my rationality.

Bounded rationality: I can’t know or have time to learn it all; I keep that in mind; it helps me ID perched birds & heft oxen out of ditches. A 420 character 9 line memoir bit.

    1. I carry a notebook with me all the time. It is just like that telescope, was it Milo?, carried in the Phantom Tollbooth. With it in his pocket he was always looking out for the smallest crack in the sidewalk, the furthest star, and making something more of it, because, well, because there’s always something more.
