Anza-Borrego, a Way-Forward metaphor.
Cartloads of conditions colluded (rainrain in the fall & winter,
w/ the latter cold enough to lock the rain in the ground)
to create an explosion of flowers
ONLY because the seeds had remained dormant
rather than fight to survive, er, desert dry & heat.
People?
We’ve stayed dormant & it’s time to bloom, MoveOn, Resist
but keep blooming, unlike the ephemerals in the Anza-Borrego.
PATTY
Caveat: Contined dormancy in the Time of Trump just isn’t an option.
