Joining Fee for Big-Mouthed, Greedy…Evening Grosbeaks! (Bet you thought I was going to say something else, didn’t you?) a 420-character 9-line poem

Irruptions of Evening Grosbeaks happen during the winter

if their food sources dry up,

as if, to juxtapose,

the fees on their favorite feeding clubs double,

such being the rage at Mar-A-Lago: $100,000 to $200,000.

(& you have to be recommended by a member;I don’t qualify on both counts.)

Mr Trump calls this the “Winter White House”

but I call this pocket-lining Grosbeak of a problem a

grossly bad ethics irruption.

PATTY (beautiful writing and lots of knowledge about birds) (I love her nature sketches and writing)

Jordan Libowitz of the Center for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, DC. surmises that Donald Trump is using the presidency to line his pockets. If appearances count, it looks that way to me too.
