the Osprey nest atop an AT&T tower failed to thrive

& we rued the day,

until the dust of snow from the hemlock fell in the form of Thorncrest Farm:

Covered paddocks allow the cows to exercise in any weather,

spacious barn gives shade from the sun.

Result: nutritious milk from named-not-numbered cows,

milk that goes into the chocolates created & sold by the lovely chocolateer.
