The Great Market Hall of Budapest is a juggernaut of beauty. Displays dazzle. Strings of Hungarian salamis, garlic and red paprika are arranged with an artist’s eye under the Zsolnay tiles of the spectacular roof structure.

Hungarian paprika powder is temptingly packaged and sold in the aisle nicknamed “Rich Row.”  Tell me ~  who can leave Hungary without paprika? Just thinking about the market makes me crave blood sausage and schnapps. Godly grub.
